Random pictures..

Today we went to visit baby Madelyn again. She is such a little beauty! This picture makes my mom sad, though, because it makes her realize how big I am! She tells me that I'm not a baby anymore. Um, hello? That's what I've been trying to tell her for months now, with all of my skills. I'm really quite the talker (even though I was very shy at the Jacobs' today--didn't like mama holding that baby and just didn't know what to think after that), and they're constantly amazed at my tricks. I hear them saying things like "Where did she learn THAT?", "Where did that come from?", "She's really smart, you know", etc., all the time. I guess they forget that my little brain is like a sponge and I remember everything. They have to be careful about what they say around me or I just might embarrass mom by passing gas and yelling "POOOOT" again in public. Or worse. My new favorite body part (and thanks to my dad being a dr. and all, I know all of them :-)) is my, um, ...chest. I love pointing to it and saying the not-so medical word for it that he taught me. And even better, if I see you, I just might try to pull up your shirt to find yours, too.
Anyway, like I was saying, she's having a hard time accepting that I'm growing up. She still thinks that she has a 'baby', and just can't get used to the fact that I'm a little girl. But there's no denying it in this picture. Can't wait to teach baby Mad my tricks!
